I agree with everyone else, that this is the least useful quilling tool in general.The Border Buddy is great. The crimper is great. The comb with the numbers is great. For twisting a circle to a specific size, this is pretty much unnecessary. For make super tight circles to pressed against the dome molds when making 3D figures, this is great. It holds the paper firmly and evenly throughout wrapping. Thesizing circles can be used to determine when to add the next strip of paper. When you are done wrapping, it’s easy to keep the paper pressed against it while you glue. (The paper doesn’t burst out and unwrap itself – the worst!)So, if you are quilling pieces for mounting on cards or frames, totally unnecessary tool. If you want to make round shapes, it’s a big help.
