We had a little hamster for a long while that passed away one day. We decided to clean up the aquarium we were using and get some fish. While I was cleaning the tank i noticed that the little rim had been chewed on along the whole left side of the tank . With this missing the hood would not sit properly without falling into the tank. I searched everywhere for an answer and I kept being told that I had to remove the framing from the top and install a new one . Well that wasn’t gonna happen. I found these things and they clip on the side and hold the hood perfectly fine.
